What a wonderful experience to share! My passion for all things culinary extends beyond my kitchens. My wife and I have planted a great garden this year and with a little help from mother nature we’ll grow some really fun produce. Stay tuned and follow along as we plant, grow, harvest and cook with the fruits of our love. Jump in and share your gardens no matter how big or small so we can all grow together.
The Herbs ...parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme>
Quintessential in any kitchen for all cuisines, dietary lifestyles and culinary enthusiasts. The infusion of these intoxicating and subtle aromatics gives dishes their names and entire cultures their flavor profiles. I would not be able to stop planting (and I won’t!) if I planted ALL of the varieties that I love. Thyme (one of my all time favorites) also belonging to the ‘mint/Lamiaceae family’ of herbs has over 300 varieties alone. Let’s have some fun using these sweet and savory dishes and well as infusing a few oils and vinegar.
The Fun stuff
...purple heirloom, yellow cherry, lemon cucumbers, brussles, green figs, ghost peppers>
I love growing tomatoes and they are the one of the things I ever planted years ago. Their versatility in the kitchen in hot or cold dishes, salads or desserts and literally every cuisine around the world. I’m extremely excited about a this growing season and harvesting throughout the year. We also have figs, pears, butternut squash, lemon cucumbers, and 6 differents chilies to heat things up.
